Note that in this podcast Anthony Lilles uses the word contemplation when he is actually talking about what Teresa calls meditation.  As explain in the Introduction of the Interior Castle "By the term "supernatural prayer" (contemplation) Teresa refers to the whole series of forms and degrees of infused or mystical prayer." p.268
